not arranged the game with in
three weeks of the cut off date, |

the
choice of venue shall revert to
the second mentioned pair and
rule 15 (viii) will apply |

If
in the unlikely event that the
game does not materialise, the
second mentioned pair, |

shall
be deemed to be the defaulters
and the first mentioned pair
shall be awarded the game. |
