1 If the first mentioned pair have not arranged the game with in three weeks of the cut off date,
the choice of venue shall revert to the second mentioned pair and rule 15 (viii) will apply
2 If in the unlikely event that the game does not materialise, the second mentioned pair,
shall be deemed to be the defaulters and the first mentioned pair shall be awarded the game.
